My freelance work is centred on websites that help people understand your business, trust it and take action. Bigger custom systems are possible, but they are scoped and quoted separately from the website packages.
A focused one-page website for a business, campaign, service, event or personal brand.
New businesses · services · portfolios · campaigns · launches
A sales-oriented page that explains your offer clearly and guides visitors toward one action.
Courses · products · promotions · lead generation · WhatsApp campaigns
A lightweight multi-section or small multi-page website for businesses that need a stronger online presence.
SMEs · organisations · consultants · local brands · professional services
Each price is a one-time fee for the design and build work in that package, in Malaysian ringgit. Domain and hosting are separate and explained below. Every enquiry gets a written quotation before anything starts.
A clear one-page website for a small business that needs a professional place to send customers.
For a business that needs to explain several services and look organised across more than one page.
For a brand that wants a more individual look than a tailored layout, and more pages.
Custom web systems are quoted individually after a short scoping conversation. A database, booking engine, payments, dashboard, user accounts or ongoing support are not included in the website packages above.
A website has a build cost and a few yearly costs that go to other companies. I list both in the quotation so nothing is a surprise after launch.
Covers the work in your package and quotation.
These depend on the provider and on how your site is built. I confirm the actual price before you buy anything.
Optional care plan for static sites: RM300 per year. It includes a quarterly check and up to four small content updates a year, each taking up to 30 minutes. Unused updates do not carry over.
You get access to your hosting account and the site files, the domain registered in your name where practical, and a short written note listing what renews, when, and who pays. I do not keep a customer's domain under my personal ownership.
My freelance focus is websites, but my wider development experience includes public web platforms, a SaaS product of my own and educational games built with Unity.

I'm Syed Muhammad Haziq, a Malaysian web developer and product builder from Terengganu. I build focused websites for businesses, and I also build KadMeHQ, so I think about a site beyond how it looks: what it helps people understand, trust and do. At Oxford EduVision I work on production web platforms and educational apps, and I build Unity learning games, including EduGC 2025 winner Misi Sejarah 3D.
KadMeHQ is the DIY option I built for people who need a simple online presence without hiring a developer yet.
My day job and product work give me broader technical experience, while my freelance offer stays intentionally focused.
Building and contributing to web platforms, internal systems and educational applications including Tafaqquh.my, EduVision Pelaporan, SPEED and Unity-based educational games.
Building a Malaysian digital-profile and simple website platform, including product design, publishing flow, subscriptions and the overall user experience.
Built Lapacee.com, a homegrown Malaysian social networking platform for locals to connect, collaborate and share community experiences. Started in Terengganu; also ran Lapacee Studio as a web design service.
Hands-on experience in full-stack web development, interfaces and practical production workflows.
You send the basics by email or WhatsApp. I reply with questions and a written quotation based on scope. Once you accept, I build the site, you review it and ask for changes within the agreed revision rounds, then I help you launch. Timing depends on scope and on how quickly your content is ready, so I confirm it in the quotation.
What the business does, who your customers are, the one action you want visitors to take (for example WhatsApp you), plus your logo, photos and price or service details if you have them. Not sure yet? Send what you have and we can work out the rest.
Landing pages, sales pages, portfolios and small business websites are the core of what I do. I am also open to custom web systems such as bookings or dashboards, but those are quoted individually after a scoping conversation and are not part of the website packages.
Try KadMeHQ first. You can start free, and it may already be enough for a simple digital presence.
Email is best for project details, so scope and decisions stay written down. For a quick question, WhatsApp is fine. Boleh berbincang dalam Bahasa Melayu atau English.
Usually yes, but they go to other companies, not to me. A domain is renewed every year at the registrar's price, and hosting depends on how your site is built. A simple static site may fit a free hosting tier, but free tiers can change, so I do not promise free hosting forever. I confirm the actual third-party cost before you buy.
No. You can look after your own domain, hosting and content updates. The optional care plan for static sites is RM300 per year: a quarterly check and up to four small content updates a year, each taking up to 30 minutes. Unused updates do not carry over. WordPress and dynamic systems need a separately scoped agreement.
You do. I register or transfer the domain in your name where practical, and hand over the hosting access, the site files and a short note on what renews and when. I do not keep a customer's domain under my personal ownership.
You get a written quotation valid for 14 days. Payment is 50% as a development deposit to start, and 50% when you accept the agreed site, before it goes live. Domain and hosting are separate from the development fee unless your quotation says otherwise.
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs within the agreed original scope. A bug is something in the agreed work that does not behave as agreed, such as a broken link or a layout fault on a supported device. A new request is a change to what was agreed, such as a new page, feature, redesign, or new text. New requests are quoted separately, or use a care-plan update if you have one.
If a required domain or hosting service expires, the website can stop loading. Email or other services connected to the domain may also be affected until the renewal is fixed. The handover note lists each renewal so it is easy to track.
Yes. I can deploy to suitable hosting you already have, help you arrange hosting, or use suitable static hosting when it fits the project.
Send the basics by email, or message me on WhatsApp for a quick question. I reply with questions and a written quotation before any work starts.
